Conductor
I have a decade of experience working with professional, youth, and amateur choirs alike. Highlights have including directing St Martins Voices during my tenure at St Martin-In-The-Fields, working with the National Youth Choirs regularly over the last 8 years, and directing the Oxford University Chorus in a performance of Handel's Messiah at Oxford's Sheldonian Theatre.

Approach
I became a conductor because I so often had a passionate idea of how I wanted a piece of music to go. I maintain high standards always informed by healthy vocal technique, expressivity, and text expression.
Outreach and Education Work
I care deeply about empowering the next generation not only of musicians but of human beings who find comfort, energy, and joy in music alongside their everyday lives. I have led workshops with the National Youth Choir (as part of their SING! programme), in my former post as Director of Music at St Peter's London Docks, and will be doing so as part of my young artist position with Oxford International Song Festival.
